Coaching is generally on the phone, with the client making the call at the agreed time. For clients who would like face-to-face coaching, this is available within either the Kingston or Henley-on-Thames areas.

There are a number of options to choose from; have a look through the various ones below and see what suits you best. If you still have questions about coaching, then try a free introductory session! We will spend this time examining your dreams, aspirations and values together, the changes you would like to make in your life, and the first steps that will get you on your way!

Introductory Session
1 x 45” session: Free!

Platinum Option
1 x 45” session weekly: £150 per month

Gold Option
1 x 45” session fortnightly: £80 per month

Silver Option
1 x 30” session a fortnight: £55 per month

Coaching includes email and phone support between sessions.

If you would value coaching support and the only drawback to your going ahead is financial, please get in touch anyway and we can discuss options - there is always a way forward! If I am not able to coach you personally, I will help you find a coach to meet your particular needs!
